How do pre-orders work?

When we pre-order a line of bamboo products, the process will be the same each time, to make it an easy to navigate process! Here are some of the important, details regarding each pre-order drop. 

• Each pre-order (PO) will be open for 2 weeks at a time (unless otherwise specified.)
• Pre-orders will open at 10:00 AM (CT) on Wednesdays and will close at 11:59 PM (CT) on Tuesdays (unless otherwise specified.)
• Each pre-order has an approximate 8–10-week turnaround time (TAT) after the PO closes. This is an APPROXIMATE TAT. Some things are out of our control, so occasionally TAT may be shorter or longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed. 
• Once we have received the PO items, we will make a post to notify everyone, and inform everyone of when orders will be shipped out or ready for local pickup. Once shipped you can expect your orders in 5-7 business days.
